The ground without collision is not exactly on the road but you can easily go on it by mistake when you try to enter the company so i reported as #30409

You shouldn't be able to go there as it is a not accessible part of a single prefab interchange. Look where your coordinates leads!

Maybe it's on the truck mod. Does it happen on stock trucks?

Probably one of the mods is not working properly or is not updated.

In my case stuttering only with owned trailers was happening when i had a pc with i5 7400 and 1660S and the game was completely unplayable with any kind of owned trailer. However recently i upgraded to a new pc with a i5 10600 and the same 1660S and the problem has completely disappeared in both 1.3...

This is already reported as #28162 and it is also fixed in wip

Of course there is Model3 too. Re-extract or re-download ProMods to find it.
