RusMap doesn't need ProMods to work, but Southern Region does need RusMap to work but not ProMods.

I'm still kinda new to ProMods, Southern Regions, RusMap, etc........Was wondering if Southern Regions Map and/or RusMap are dependent on ProMods to work properly? I can't seem to get Rusmap to work at all, independently from ProMods(although, I have never attempted to use it with ProMods either...a...
