You could mimic it the same as with a road number (that only shows on GPS but not on the world map)

But that would be the only way.

The flare bug fixes were done in 1.95 and are included in 1.95 and newer versions

I dug through 65 pages of photos of Lithuanian roads and as far as I can tell the road numbers are only mentioned on distance signs and pre-announcement signs for junctions, not on small road navigation signs
