As I said to Nissantruck too I'm always looking forward to stunning pictures like yours or him and I'm supporting those indeed

2nd part of 3 sets centred around the Scottish border...
...and here we are leaving Edinburgh for Newcastle.
No "humourous" comments yet? Sorry, no. Wallowing in pathos today.
Colossal oil platform (I think) at Newcastle's port.
Ah, a spot of rain.
On our way to Carlisle.
Here it is.
Smell the wet grass!
Returning to Scotland.
Somewhere near Edinburgh again, I think.
After spending the night in Edinburgh we departed for Perth on a lovely sunny day.
Lovely! Got to get our skates on now, a long way still to go before we reach Australia.
Till next time...

Thank's a lot, it's good to hear! Because verily it is quiet and echoey in the screenshots section...Noah_Lukas wrote: ↑20 Mar 2018 22:24As I said to Nissantruck too I'm always looking forward to stunning pictures like yours or him and I'm supporting those indeed
Here comes the third and final part of northern Britain, or at least the small part of it covered by the original base map, taking in the ProMods city of Perth, returning to Glasgow and finishing in ProMods-modified Aberdeen.
Another shot of that fine church as we continue towards Perth.
Here we are. A rare ProMods city on the base map part of Britain - Perth. Looks very nice : )
Exploring...
A romantic dalliance by the river, perhaps?
Like the way the bridge doesn't just go straight across the road. I guess flyover bridges also go at an angle, but this looks very unusual.
Alright, now taking a trailer full of fizzy oversweet raspberry flavoured horror down to Glasgow. At least if I start yawning I can stop and break open a can or two.
We arrived once again in Glasgow to be greeted and waved goodbye to by rain.
Hi there!
Heading for the most northerly city on the base map - Aberdeen.
Despite being an island nation with a long coastline, one doesn't see the sea that often while travelling in SCS's interpretation of Britain. It's probably to do with mapping and the horizon, or something. Well, here's a quick peek, at least.
And here's Aberdeen!
ProMods have done a lot to it, I think. Perth was very nice but Aberdeen seems still more impressive.
She's just told him we're slowly approaching the end of this screenshot thread.
Sorry mate, just one region left to visit - SE France + Switzerland + NW Italy.
Lots of mountains, hopefully...
That must be our destination this time. Hope it was a nice trip to view...

That trailer at the end seems to be interesting

Yes... it's sprouted green alien tentacles! Not sure what it is - a muckspreader?
Here we are again for one more new series exploring the base map of Europe with ProMods installed...
It's mid June and we find once more ourselves in Vaduz, Leichtenstein getting ready to leave for Zurich and Basel in Switzerland and then head south through the mountains towards Milan.
Could this be... Farming Simulator? Can't understand why people play that game. Imagine dedicating hundreds of hours of your free time to pretending to do a job by endlessly repeating the same monotonous tasks over and over again for zero real reward!! Excuse me while I laugh!
Leaving Vaduz with an urgent cargo of frozen chips for Basel. Don't worry, boss, you can trust Krigl to get the job done!!!
Oh wait, I am the boss. Or am I? Then why am I working so hard? Shouldn't I be playing Golf Simulator or Hawaiian Hammock + Cocktail Simulator in that case? Hmph. So many things to ponder while on the road to Zurich.
Zurich...
Moving on through nice countryside.
Here we are entering Basel, which is a ProMods town.
Early next morning we set off for Milan through attractive landscapes.
...and tunnels.
I know, I know, it's almost the same picture as the one above. But I couldn't decide!
...and more tunnels
Fresh air at last! Let's celebrate by breaking open that giant Toblerone I've been saving.
Somewhere near the Italian border, I guess. Off to bed now...
Till next time

Something with aliens was the first thing I thought too
Alpines is a very nice place which needs improvements too in my eyes

The Alps, South Germany, W. Poland and the Netherlands are definitely the best parts of the base map for me right now. But perhaps one day they will be still better!! Up to SCS and the ProMods team, and everything they do is much appreciated.Noah_Lukas wrote: ↑29 Mar 2018 23:18Something with aliens was the first thing I thought too

Hello.... work, stress, Easter and Bayek of Siwa have all held me back from posting here. But here's another set at last. We've almost finished the tour and I really don't want to fall at the last hurdle. It's a nice bunch of shots, I think, from the area north of Milan to Verona, the outskirts of Milan again and then Torino before finishing up in SE France on the road to Lyon.
Lovely scenery around here.
A first (tooth?) brush with Milan.
En route to Verona.
In Verona again.
Left early in the morning, it's quite a long drive to Lyon.
A giant happy yellow sun, pirate ships... getting a bit of a Caribbean feeling here.
The weather cheered up...
Passing Milan again on the way to France..
Time to pick up some provisions... wonder if they sell Cornish pasties?
NW Italian vistas...
Torino!
Nearing France.
Keeping pace.
France,at last. Falling asleep repeatedly as I transfer these. No "amusing" quips today, then. Doubt anyone reads what I write anyway though
The golden hour...
...and a lovely sunset!
Thanks for taking the time!!
