Time for a new journey! As I am helping out Trucker_Dylan and he is working for Simon Loos, I decided to drag this one on for a bit longer.
The truck is almost the same, just changed the interior slightly, the trailer however I purchased new trailer to suit today's role.
This job is on ProMods.
Truck: Scania S, 520hp
Trailer: Ekeri 4m high, Reefer
Livery: Simon Loos
From: Kristiansand, Norway
To: Burg auf Fehmarn, Germany
Cargo: Beverages
Cargo Mass: 23,535 kg
Cargo is in my trailer, still very early (3:34 AM), time to leave!
Roundabouts hard? Nah, pretty simple! Just about to reach Frederikshavn, Denmark for some exploration!
Near Viborg, Denmark. Time for something to eat!
Nearing Aarhus, Denmark driving on the E45
Got myself the Aarhus garage, it's a strategic purchase for this route.
Just north of Gedser, Denmark
Rødbyhavn, Storstrom, Denmark. Time to take a short 45 minute ferry to Puttgarden, Germany.
And arrival at Puttgarden, Germany
Driving around in Burg auf Fehmarn, Germany and running into this random event.
Finally arrived and cargo delivered!

Just a trucker here, nothing to be seen. Please more along!
It took me a few days to get this truck working, unfortunately no Simon Loos as the BDF tandem doesn't seem to work for me at all (including a brand new driver refuses).
So it took me already a long time to get a work around, I really do hope SCS Software will soon add tandems as I love to drive them.
If anyone can point me to some tandem skins that work with the Rigid Scania 2016 + NTM/Ekeri/Kraker combination then please do comment!
Anyways, on to the next journey with as I mentioned a brand new truck and trailer combination!
Truck: Scania R, 730hp (RJL Tandem)
Trailer: Ekeri dolly full trailer
Livery: Posti
From: Kristiansand, Norway
To: Akureyri, Iceland
Cargo: Furniture
Cargo Mass: 14,395 kg
As by default, we are leaving from Kristiansand, Norway as it is my home base.
We seem to be driving for Ikea today, furniture for Island!
Little detour to explore just north of Stavanger, Norway.
Nearing Bergen, Norway!
Reached Seyðisfjörður, Iceland!
Leaving Seyðisfjörður, from here on it's about a 6 hour drive to go!
Holding up traffic near Krafla, Iceland can get rather slippery!

Yeah it is (Bergen is Norway btw). I just was too distracted so missed a lot of nice shots.
I am looking into making video's instead, but ill see how that goes. First I need the right program that doesn't end up to be a trial instead.

Good morning! Time for a new journey after spending the night in the Akureyri, Iceland garage!
Time to look for a new job and see what our next destination will be!
A brand new cargo ready to be dragged along Europe!
This route is lengthy but with cargo that's pretty light, so no need for so many wheels on the road.
The route planner shows by default 85 hours and 31 minutes for a nearly 5,500 km trip (land + ferry combined)
I however thing I may change the route as I prefer to limit the travel time trough the UK and thus skip multiple ferries.
Taking the route trough Hirtshals (Denmark) I skip 2 ferry ride and shorten the trip already by roughly 500 km but takes 3 hours longer.
Time I can spare easily and it is slightly cheaper as well. From there we will see where we will go next. Time to drive!
Truck: Scania R, 730hp (RJL Tandem)
Trailer: Ekeri dolly full trailer
Livery: Posti
From: Akureyri, Iceland
To: Thessaloniki, Greece
Cargo: Empty Barrels
Cargo Mass: 9,226 kg
Time to hope on the ferry to Hirtshals, Denmark!
Welcome to Hirtshals, Denmark!
I planned the route all the way to Budapest, Hungary. Not planning further as the map sometimes messes up and you can redo it again.
Just between Flensburg and Kiel I had this beautiful view from a bridge.
Reached Brno, Czech Republic! Grabbed the garage and time to move on!
Next stop will be the garage in Vienna where I will also take a rest.
Reached Vienna! Time to take some rest!
After a good rest, let's press on! Next stop will be Niš in Serbia. This will of course take a bit, not stopping in the meanwhile either.
Passes Skopje, not too far now!
Finally arrived in Thessaloniki, Greece! Time to unload and have a rest!
