Let me show you couple of more images from real life in this post besides the virtual world. I'm writing this kinda tired, so I apologize if you find an image that has been already shown.
I've just drove 3000+ km trip from Rostock to Palermo via small roads with my trusty S-serie Scania and almost immediately took another 1000+ km trip to Rijeka from Palermo. Looks like I'm gonna be a long-hauler for a while
Maybe this local DAF driver did spill his load...
It's me racing against a DAF Euro 6, guess who won?
Man this 730hp V8 is thirsty as f...
These truckers clearly hadn't enough money to buy a 7-series
Waiting for barriers to open at a rail road crossing.
Isn't it gorgeous?
Finally arrived to my destination... but hey, how in the hell am I gonna park my trailer into this slot?
Many, many maneuvers later... done!
And for the next load
And now for the real life pictures.
After been working all by myself for a month, I finally ended up the situation, where most of truckers (not saying this individually, but in common) have been at their very first stage of their career.
First accident was only very minor, I only scraped a house wall with a mirror, but today happened something which may have caused me not to go fr work in a short period of time.
So, I drove this kinda narrow and nasty road because there was the company's trash bins that I needed to empty. After emptying out the fourth one (which was the second last one), I had to drive in a section where previous plowing was didn't done properly, and the road was barely wide enough to fit a 26-tonne truck (or lorry) there. The front right tire did get out of the road a bit too much, which caused it to drag and my travel ended up on a deep ditch. It could've been avoided by braking and steering carefully but I got so scared that I missed the brake pedal and instead of gradually braking, I did floor it which just pushed it deeper.
After all, the situation could've been a lot worse for me and the vehicle. For the vehicle, possibly broken window and a side mirror ft it has tipped over, and for me, uhm... well, I think you may know what happens when you do not wear a seat belt.
