Only I'm a bit inconclusive to visit the south or the north first because booth parts have their beautiful charm
And I must say I'm a fan of staying at one hotel and not like moving to 4 different places/cities over the week

I can understand you really well,because the north and the south of Finland has so many places to visit and you would need more time to see as many places that you can in here.
If i go to some other country,then i will also stay in one hotel like you do and then i will usually go and see different places from the hotel and always come back to my hotel room later again.
So i hope that you can see at least something nice in here,even if you cant go to the south or the north of Finland,when you are in here in the summer.
