I don't think so. Just been driving on that road today, and that's not 3*3. Actually I doubt that it's really in Poland.

Haven't been in Poland too many times, so I'm not really experienced there. But maybe the A4 near Wroclaw? I remember seeing a similar fuel station there once?! (Though I don't remember if the motorway was 3*3)
