That's still Innsbruck. IG-L means Immissionsschutzgesetz Luft, so immission law: air. So basically it's for protecting the air in urban areas from too much pollution.

Yay, video starts with my loading screen screenshot. That orange-black Scania is my testing truck if anybody's interested, which was wrecked many times during beta-testing. Hopefully, it won't have to be fixed many times when testing Wien (situations like 7:14 sometimes happen )
Looks great - big, interesting, unique-layout city. I was able to see it earlier and I really like it, so hopefully you'll be all happy with final result

Looks awesome!! Btw I don't know if this is the right topic ,but when you showed the map I saw Győr wich was misspelled. It should be Győr instead of Györ. Keep up the good work !
