TBH - I don't think that this is a bug, since you can see emtpy trailers on the road too:

It is a bug because it doesn't happen in the default game and we have reports that nearly all AI trailers are empty .

There's also trailers with a texture problem. Trailer box in red colour showing "no texture", in 1.22

So I used Jazzcat and yours and found out it was buggy so removed it and know in the In Game Route Advisor it says that it is the original companys and not like FedEx so If I'm taking to Fedex in the Advisor it says Stokes

I have no idea what really is the cause of that as before the release the Route Advisor showed the correct name for the companies. Either something went wrong in packing or it is a mod conflict.

The pack is not yet compatible with 1.23 versions. My wildest guess is when the beta of 1.23 ends we'll see more mods entering the 1.23 area.
