Perth area will be rebuilt but not anytime soon.

Lincolnshire is unrealistic, in ETS2 it is quite hilly but in real life, it is extremely flat

I figured that since there were other small (even smaller) islands being added that the Isle of Wight, in some capacity, should fit. If not, then so be it. Just a harmless inquiry.
