I doubt that. Waterford is in development. Maybe 2.40

Waterford and Cork definitely wont be in 2.30, 2.40 perhaps ;)

Why should it take 2 years? If not 2.30 which will come in like 4 months, and not in 2.40 which likely become one year later, then another year to wait to 2.50 for them? Correct me if i missed something.

Won't be in 2.3, but will be in 2.4, unless something bad happens. It's not 100% guaranteed that something will appear in a certain version. It's hard to estimate.
