Imagine taking some heavy trailers down that road it basically wouldn't end so well

I'm not sure if this question has been answered elsewhere, and I am not fishing for any sort of insider info or spoilers, but will the Balkans DLC affect future releases and/or be required for the version after 2,30 ?
Thought popped into my head earlier about having two separate installs for ETS2 so I can still enjoy Promods and realised the 1.32 release and the next DLC won't be too far from each other.
I know that is a bit far from the UK but it's all in the same mod, right ?
