You can always try to do it. PM dev team is busy with new content + some SCS area rebuilds. I'm afraid Romania and Moldova won't get some love anytime soon, unless a dedicated developer shows up.

Not until next summer, that's for sure. ;) My laptop just can't handle the new editor features. Until I buy myself a new one, the project is parked.
