ok, thats my opinion. Serbia look fine, but I Live in novi sad and I assure you that novi sad doesnt look so decomposed.
maybe you can think about rebuilding it, since devs completely forgot to place the industrial zone and oil rafinery, (yes there is a space in 1:19)

I think now Promods is far from Turkey.
They need to expand Serbia, Greece. Build Bosnia, Albania, Montenegro.
