Please don't start discussing about kosovo again, it has been said many times now, that it wont be done, neither as an addon, nor in the Main Pack! If you want it, then you've to make your own addon!

I don't think Bosnia will come out in 2.50 because it doesn't have Google Street View unlike Albania and Montenegro.

Nice work @SeptianPJ , better than what you've done before. But on the last screenshot I see no-grass-textures on the side which is not good.
There should also be a lot of details. @fisherjb is doing better job.

We could see a bit of Bosnia though in 2.50 if Montenegro is included because a road connection through Neum (BiH) and Dubrovnik (HR) could happen

No street view doesn't mean you can't map it. Look for example at Germany or Austria. You just need a bit more imagination

Not sure if any of us uses OSM, but dashcam videos are useful, especially for some new roads built in Poland.
