Hi, as i understand you wont bulid Bosnia, Albania, Montenegro and Kosovo?
What are yours plans for adding cities (countries) in near future (by release 2.30)?

How could you understand that? We never said anything like this, except for Kosovo.

I asked this before, and answer is: Promods wont build Kosovo, due to political issues.
