It's probably Pleven, Montana and Vidin. Sofia is too big and its current outskirts are filled with a lot of industry so it can't be that. We'll probably have to wait a while till Sofia's actually done but other cities should be easier to make. I'd say it's also a logical move to build Varna but it's not in any of these screenshots for sure.

Wow! Finally these people guessed new cities in Bulgaria for 2.30 correctly. Congratulations!
More WIP screenshots to show. Entering Serbia from Vidin, Bulgaria.
And connecting to E75 motorway in Serbia.
These junctions goes to another new cities in Serbia. So there will be 3 new cities in Serbia.
In addition, there will be 3 new cities in FYROM which has been answered from someone correctly HERE. Also with 3 new cities in Greece.
Albania is not planned for 2.30. But at least, there's an entrance to this country via FYROM.
I hope these answer all of your questions.
