Dubrovnik could be be bypassed by the D8 which goes around the edge of town but I think a Konzum supermarket should be featured just like in Senj. I also think Neum should just be a scenary town in my opinion.
However the current plans are not certain yet, Albania is definately being developed but we don't know if Bosnia or Montenegro is being developed so we dont know if Dubrovnik is happening at all for now
It bypasses it, but you can still see the old town from the road.

Uhhhhm, is fourth picture from page 220 in Serbia? It reminds me of entrance into Smederevo, at the Lipe ramp.

I would say Elbasan because it's pretty close to Northern Macedonia and Ohrid
