Can't Pula be made a bit more south than it should because it's on a peninsula?

We don't want too many cities on the sea. With big cities it unfortunately happened (also because of differences between the map in the editor and in game).

Btw. road from Trieste to Pula goes past Koper ... there is no other way. So Koper and its surroundings would need to be made (even as only scenery) eitherway for having Pula ingame. And having only the connection to Pula via Rijeka, through Istrian peninsula is odd and weird (unrealistic) to say the least.
And yes Koper is a "trucking hub of Slovenia" and has high importance for "Europe inland" countries as some stated above.

Septian PJ, is it really confirmed that Koper will be added? Too hard to believe, especially taking into account that today is 1st of April.

I think, it’s not fake. As I see there’s a SLO-IT border near Koper, so it should be real

I doubt it's fake no matter the date haha because I don't think author would take time to edit the pictures just to fool us As Slovenian I do recognized most places from the pictures. I hope it won't be just scenery town.

Also, I have a question for Croatia, in the areas introduced in 2.20 the grass appears too dry and too Mediterranean, will this be changed for 2.50?
