First a huge thanks to Ivan for have reactivated a topic for France
Next I want to know if you guys have in mind to rebuild Lyon because I gave a look to the south entrance of the DLC and it is all but realistic, of course it’s not the priority I understand but it would be very nice to have a rebuilt of that in the future

Does this mean there's a 1.26 compatible version of Promods released?

Yes, it's available since Monday morning.

Yes, but both 2.12 and 2.15 are compatible with 1.26, so you don't need the DLC now, if you don't want to drive in new France. No rush
