Tours indeed was in the old ProMods France, build by Kutchek, so it may well come back to ProMods in a bit updated version. Just as Cherbourg did.

I know that this might be asked many times but, in the ProMods Loading Screen sometimes you see a beatiuful town called "Bages" in France. But it's not in the map. Is it released? And if it is, where the hell is this beautiful place?

Google is your friend. I suspect it's still on the map because it seems like it's near the spanish border which wasn't touched by SCS (I don't know though, I've never been around there ingame)
