And add Nîmes? Montpellier was built too big by scs so if you rebuilt Montpellier complety in the future... Avignon could be add also.

All parties in the North (Bretagne [Rennes], Loire-Atlantique [Nantes], Normandie [Caen, Rouen, Le Havre] and Haut-de-France [Lille, Calais, Amiens?, Laon?]) will have to be rebuilt also in the future for me. Hoping this will be planned.
Rebuilt, why?

Because some cities are not realistic, at least i know by heart montpellier and clermont-ferrand (two cities from the dlc) and they are less recognizable than Lyon which is an old scs city.

loupdargent is right. The cities and the interchanges are really unrealistic. In Normandy (Le Havre), the big problem is that it's impossible to include Rouen and Caen without having rebuilt all the Region (Rouen is wedged between Paris and Le Havre, the Tancarville bridge is not well positioned, etc.). .). Yet the DLC looks really good but some lack realism waste everything. Honestly, Strasbourg or Lyon on the base map is more realistic than Clermont-Fd.

Scale is an issue.
Basemap Lyon better than Clermont-Ferrand? That I'll have to check someday.

yes shiva, actually i live in clermont since 2012 and i lived in lyon for 3 years. There's a thing that clermont has more realistic than lyon, it's the highway network which is close to real life with the A75-A71 passing east of the city and A89 passing north.

France DLC is quite good, especially the road network and landmarks on these roads, but most of the cities are unrocognizable. For exemple, in lyon you have strong marks like Tour du Crédit Lyonnais or Tunnel de Fourvière, those things make you feel like you are in Lyon. In Clermont-ferrand, they made the red tramway, which is cute, and the regional council building which nobody cares about, but nothing about the black cathedral we can see from a far distance or the Puy-de-Dôme, a volcano 1 500 m high, just 5 km west of the city (by the way there is here the biggest range of volcanoes of all europe, and in the dlc clermont-ferrand surroundings are flat).

And in montpellier, my birth town (and grew up here for 20 years), i can't recognize anything.

To finish on a positive word, they made a good work on the local activity. They put Michelin factories (Gomme du monde) in Clermont, which is the Michelin's HQ city. Around Montpellier we can see vines, and a quarry which seems to be one of the Castries's quarries.

Hello. For the attention of the developer(s) of France, I would have a small request of addition in the short term (for version 2.3? but I doubt it , Version 2.4? more likely). Would it be possible to remodify the motorway intersections on Lille as it was before on the Promods 2.26? (see photo below).

It's still annoying to have intersections with stops between highways. What Kutchek had done on Lille was good if it could be put back on short or medium terms. Lille is my main warehouse and I have good memories of what Kutckek did in the city.

For the long term, a reconstruction of the cities of Lille and Calais would be good with construction of the A1 motorway (Paris-Lille) and extension of the A26 to Calais. But for these last recommendations, nothing urgent in the short term ;)

I saw that version 2.30 is planned for version 1.31 of the game. I thought it would have been planned for version 1.32 directly.

Yes of course these areas are still "vanilla" and not realistic at all. Sadly we don't have the workforce to fix it at the moment, but it's a good point.

I would love to rebuild Lille and in fact all of Nord-Pas-de-Calais one day but I'm busy with other things at the moment

In France my top priority city that I want to rebuild is Lyon. i may rebuild it sometime in the near future but don't expect it for 2.4

But the compatibility tab states that Lyon has been rebuilt in 2.30.

A rebuilt of Lille would be nice, even though I do like how crowded the traffic is at the T junction in the south of the city.

Many rebuilds are actually needed because of DLC's but as ScuL already said, there is no manpower to do it sadly. Let's hope it will happen anytime soon though
