Hixo will Elbląg be ever a functional town or just a scenery?

Elbląg won't appear as functional town (you can see it as scenery town) in 2.2 because there are other more important things to finish first

Nothing in the north is rebuilt, only S22 is new, now it's just connected to DK7 (which partically should be S7 now) with juntion from vanilla. Building Elbląg now will need whole DK7 to be rebuild and we don't have time for that, but in 2.3 expect Elbląg as functional town

Well, I'm not working in Bulgaria because Poland have higher priority than it. Bulgaria is new country, but Poland is vanilla/2.15. I don't have anything ready for 2.2 in Bulgaria although I showed some progress long time ago and some of you may think that cities like V. Tarnovo are finished.

Rebuilt Siedlce and S22 are the only confirmed inclusions for Poland in 2.2.

There is some really cool stuff that might squeak in though and of course there's stuff from other countries.
