Unfortunately, no. There's A LOT of work to be done still, it should be avaible in 2.4 (I personally don't see other option, that would just take way too much time for one city). Many important roads are going through/around Poznań and it's all under development at the same time.

So the interchangers on the A2 around Poznan are also not ready for 2.30 or just the rebuild of the city? To my knowledge this was the most important priority in Poland for 2.30 and in development since 2016...
