It is (somewhat) near Lodz. The Ikea is a hint. It's not near an Ikea, but it's near something Ikea.

Correct! Though because I can't fit the S8/DK12/DK91 interchange, I've moved it to Rakow on the S8/DK72/DK12 one, which is the pictured village.
It's going to be part of Piotrków Trybunalski along with some other distribution centres (Haven't decided the others yet) and maybe a few shops.
It's also coming with a rebuild of (nearly) the entire A1 south of Łódź Północ to its demotion to DK1 and of S8 from the Róża interchange to somewhere between Piotrków and Warsaw.
Here's the promised pic (arguably the best one) of one of the nearly finished sections of the A1 between the Łódź Połdnie and Brzeziny Interchanges:
The distribution centre is central to something we're working on in the background but not quite ready to announce yet.
