Well, this prefab doesn't have a new look yet but it fits there so it should be okay for now.

You can always take the asphalt one and place a bezier on top of it with a newer grass texture

Didn't even notice the old grass texture until you guys pointed it out! I'm fine with it, it adds more variety!
