How many companies can we expect in Debrecen? Are you also going to perhaps recreate the power plant south of the railway station (maybe as a chemical company), and the strip malls west along route 33 or east of the airport?

In any way, I'm pretty sure Debrecen is in good hands.

I think there should be space left out for the BMW plant which is west from M35 route 35 intersection since works will begin in september 2019.

Along route 33 yes, but at the moment as a normal supermarket. East of the airport probably not because I also won't reach this spot. Furthermore I'm planning the connection to Romania like this:
I'm not sure if the part of route 47 between Debrecen and Berettyóújfalu will fit.

Thank you for the detailed response! The planned route looks cool; on the one hand, because the indicated segments of roads 4 and 42 see large international truck traffic; and on the other hand, because the longer the roads in ProMods Hungary, the merrier.

Also, 11 companies sounds a lot. There'll be a nice selection of jobs, which is a joy for sure.
