I'm sorry for this topic rising, but I'm wondering, will Finland expanded for the next release after ProMods & DLC Sc. merging, or new finnish cities will come after ProMods v2.0 (v2.x)?

When the Scandinavia DLC is released, development on Finland (and the rest of Scandinavia) will resume. Until then, we won't.
