This is all coming together very nicely. I appreciate the effort you put into this, Purno. I would know from your experience in TTD graphics that this should come easy to you but you are surprising me with the level of quality displayed, especially when compared to your limited ETS mapping experience. Very good, keep that up

Thanks Chrill. I'm running into a pretty hot problem though.
This is the very beginning of creating the town of Fjarðabyggð. This is supposed to become a full functional town with industries, a garage, a service station and a hotel. But, there's no snowy models of those available. So I can't make those snowy.
I plan on using the snowless ones, so I can continue and get a functional map. I hope one day someone will make snowy models, and I can replace these prefabs.

Fjarðabyggð is growing rapidly. A few work in progress shots:

While it's true Iceland does have summer, this is a way to "spice up" the map a little. We have so much of the temperate climate with the eternal summer. Having a wintery Iceland is perfect to set it apart from the rest of the map.Nemmm21 wrote:Great work Purno! But everywhere will be snow? In Iceland is also summer. Keep it up!
