Blue sign will be added later as I have to make textures for it. It shows weather at mountain pass or dangerous place, or if road is closed. It shows temperature wind strength and direction and sometime wind gusts if they are strong (in red). Our weather signs are semi dynamic, so they don't show exact temperature, but they are tied to weather and day and night.

I always meant to ask about those signs, but I just kept quiet because I thought it would be a distracting question.
Now, I know what they are for.
EDIT:
Abraxas, what do you mean that you need to make textures for the blue sign?
I thought the sign already exists?

I think the sign is sth. like a wind report, as Vind means Wind. (Kind of obvious)
The two digets may be there to show the wind speed.
It would make sense, as many people told me to watch out for cross-winds there.

Technically there is wind, I discovered that when making vegetation models, its more or less describes how much movement occurs in the vegetation, how much it sways back and forth. The wind has no bearing or influence beyond that though. I agree that it would be interesting to see what happens in certain scenarios, such as a heavy crosswind on a bridge.
Thanks for clearing that up! When I was driving there I didn't really get why there were 2 numbers and why it'd sometimes be red (I went around the whole ring road so I saw a good few lol)
