Are you sure that Panevėžys ring is still in such a beginning of reconstruction? I have been there in August and even if some parts were still under some construction and polishing I doubt it was at such of early stage like on the screenshot.

1. All of A17 highway is no longer under construction, but there are sections such as a major interchange that is still under construction, in addition of the intersection that is shown in one of my comparison screenshots.
2. All of my research on the area, is in fact, done with Google Satellite imagery, in addition of Mapillary website, which contains a lot of user-created footage from cameras/dash-cam. Satellite imagery and latest Mapillary user-created footage was created around early April 2019, which provides the basis for me to include still under-construction area that is closer to a later stage of construction.

If new footage will appear in the future, which shows area to be a bit different, I will comply with images, to make my work as realistic as possible.

Really nice work! Two things to rebuilding DLC Baltic-maybe update=rebuild road A5 from Mariampol to Kaunas, because now it has two lanes in one direct. And second thing-it is possible to change speedlimits on local/normal roads from 70 to 90? It is really annoying and unreal in this DLC...

Will be restore to the map Saaremaa and Hiiumaa? It was very nice areas.
