Maybe you just keep in game those cities, which are close to Romanian borders (like Arad and Oradea). SCS haven't put there anything, so I think there is still space for them, and I think there is no sense to put away those cities, making them had to cost you a lot of work.

I think there is a reason those cities were left out in the DLC - at least I find it difficult to imagine how Oradea would fit into the DLC space currently available east of Debrecen and Ártánd/Bors. That said, I hope the guys will manage to merge them into PM 2.45 - being someone who grew up that area, I was very sad to see that Oradea did not make it into RtBS.

If I recall correctly, the Moldova project is currently active, and is being updated to utilize the assets of the recent DLCs (see this map for an overhaul plan from the summer).

Well through the merge, some roads in Moldova around the connections will be rebuilt, don’t expect much though as the main focus is connecting it to the DLC
