I agree, but that would probably be company to country specific. I've made a small company mod (trailers and warehouse replacements) and one of the cargoes is Waterford Crystal. I'd love to be able to have it only available as a pick up cargo from, say, Liverpool and Swansea of that company, with drop-offs at the same company(?) throughout the worlds map.
Yeah, that's what I thought, but I don't think that's possible in ETS, is it?

Sounds good. However, I'd like to ask, will the trailers be simple reskins of default game trailers? Or will they be full stand-alone trailers/skins with their own cargoes?
I ask, because a staggering amount of "trailers" mods I come across are very badly put together default retextures and cause conflicts with nearly every other trailer mod. The few exceptions being the likes of Jazzycat, satan, and perhaps a few others that I can't recall.

I feel the best thing about trailer mods are their ability to expand the world of eurotruck with more and varied cargoes, not just the looks of the trailers.

Anyway, best of luck to you. I will wait with anticipation for the results of your efforts :)

There will be standalone trailers and skins with cargo, nothing is confirmed yet though ;).

And yes it is impossible to have country-specific cargo.

If my understanding of how loads are generated is correct, that's not necessarily true. You would have to create a new company separate from the map-wide one each time you want to do it though.

It's outside the scope of a Trailer Mod.

Is there any timetable for the release of the ProMods Cargo 1.7p?

Hopefully the last time someone asks that so I'll try and answer...

My actual cargo pack is pretty much done, I just need to get permission from people and wait for LoaderSaints to do his company mod, also discuss with the developers what else should be in.

So yeah I have no timescale...

I don't want to rush this to fast. First we need to look closely at the posibilities we have.

For example differences in skins for fuel/food cisterns, reefers etc...
