San Marino will be a hard one to fit in its all mountain. For Sardinia and Corsica (refer to France on that one) it may or not be added it was talked about earlier in this thread. As well I believe that Malta is in the same situation as Sardinia and Corsica.

No reason not to add Corsica and Sardinia. It's quite possible to map both of those, just not very extensively as they're not very large islands. Not entirely sure, but the same may be able to be said for the balearics near spain (At least Palma, perhaps)

Well if San Marino is added, I will expand my company in ETS2. "CargoAND S.L." will now cover the following countries: AND + LUX + FL + RSM.

Of course! I am from a Small country myself that why I have sympathy for other small countries. I bet so. And about your question, I think they do because by not having both airports and a tr7ain stations, they need to get their stuff delivered by trucks and vans. At least that's how we roll in Andorra.
