Sorry if this has been discussed before, but is Trieste getting rebuilt for 2.30 or later? (I couldn't find any posts relating to rebuild of Trieste using "search".)

I do not think it's necessary. Even without these assets, this city is good. Adding new cities or rebuilding the base map is more important.
