What about Neubrandenburg? There is a highway exit (Neubrandenburg-Ost IIRC), so are you planning to add it as a functional city or is this exit just for "scenery"?

Koblenz no, A3 yes. Koblenz will take longer, same as the a61 and the rhine. We don't know yet how to do that area yet.

We planned to add it. But most likely it won't be in 2.0

Out of curiosity (and because i sometimes just want to take the back roads), will it still be possible to go from Innsbruck to the Baltic Sea without ever going on an Autobahn?

You already can through Poland I think. Unless you mean only in Germany

I think that will become hard because there is a country road in ets2 from south to north but that is actually the A7, Germany's longest autobahn, which SCS ignored for some reason.
Am I developing at the moment?

I think that would be pretty hard to do even in real life. At least without taking some serious detours.
