Well, I wanted to provide several ideas so that the developers may choose (or do something completely different, it's up to them, after all). But I think a simplified version is actually about as large as other Promods cities. Here's an example for a possible simplification that would make sense in my opinion ... (however, I haven't drawn the tram lines of which there are a lot in Dresden ...)HighFlyerPL185 wrote:Your proposal is good, but I feel it is ignoring the scale and space available in Dresden.M4rkus wrote:Sounds great - I hope you can draw some ideas from my plan and give some love also to that part of the A4 between Dresden and Görlitz.FH-Fahrer wrote:Yes, Dresden is planned for 2.3

I'm sorry but I felt like doing another concept map for the area near A4 Dresden-Görlitz. There are quite some scenic places that would be nice to have in the game: Upper Lusatia, Lower Lusatia and Spree Forest and Saxon/Bohemian Switzerland. So here comes the concept map. Hope you don't mind ...
Tell me what you think about it. That's enough spamming of concept maps for a while, I think =x

The left plan could fit, but the right one definitely not. And even then I have to remove one tunnel, because three won't fit
About the new map concept for Lusatia... sorry it will never fit. The scale is more brutal than you may think

Well, actually it consists of one long road (and one interchange ...) but I guess scenery eats up lots of space as well - you did do quite some magic in other areas, however.FH-Fahrer wrote:About the new map concept for Lusatia... sorry it will never fit. The scale is more brutal than you may think
I hope so, too. This building is a landmark of the BAB 1 - http://www.staedte-fotos.de/bild/verkeh ... hoefe.htmlvan der linden wrote:Is there any chance that the rastof Dammer Berge will come in game too?
You guys are doing a great job with the ARP, and other countries keep up the good work.
On the motorway to Stockholm you can see one resting-place-bridge. Can you copy this for Rasthof Dammer Berge?

A really silly question by me, would you signpost names of a village/location when somebody would ask kind?

I don't think the devs will do that. Else everyone will ask for their town or village. That would become one big mess in the game.

Perhaps if the town is big enough and you could give references for a real sign that is situated along a Promods street ... but I think, developers mostly do this themselves (not as wish fulfilment) and if your town is not too small, chances are not bad that it will be signed, anyway.
