Nope, If you mean there are "improved" prefabs then you are right but then that, I see same kinds of prefabs that were used by Promods before. For example 4 lane enters 2 + 2 lanes out ramp prefab.

Prefabs from DLC "Vive La France!" are not suitable for a use in the Germany (or else where outside of France). We already have created many prefabs for it.

According to your plan Flensburg is "finished", but it's far away from reality. Maybe you can consider a rebuild of Flensburg, so it looks more realistic. My main point of criticism is, that your Flensburg has a tunnel with 4 Lanes, but the real one doesn't have any tunnels!
I know it's just a small part, but I think you also want to have a realistic looking map.
