Okay, bit of criticism here.
First, these signs are VERY rarely so large. In most cases they are the ones you used for Järva maakond (1x something they were called). Only for Lääne-Viru and Ida-Viru counties i suggest using those. A while ago i attempted making county signs, but i was too busy, so the thing fell apart. All other county signs turned out okay, only for the Virus was i forced to use the 2x signs.

Second, the font. I noticed this throughout many places in your Estonia - that is not the correct font you've used in the Lääne maakond sign.
For these signs, Ariel is ALWAYS used. No exceptions.

And yes, that is indeed a cyrillic 'P' in the first picture (so currently it actually reads maakopd).

You want say, that that another font is no longer used in Estonia?
In Google SV and IRL I still see the mix of two fonts. Is these signs was too old, maybe?
Trust me, I have selected design and place of these signs, in according with Google Streetview. It took me 5 hours to observe every "maakond" borders in SV and place them in ETS2.

I'm misunderstood... Estonia uses 2 fonts (old and new signs), and you say, that only one font used.
Still can't understand, then what is that second estonian font? Probably don't looks, like "Arial".

And I can't make these signs smaller. I'm not familiar with modelling.

And again... "ru_medium" don't supports latin "n" letter!

That is indeed an old sign, and that font is no longer in use. I am not even familiar what font that is, to be honest.
I'd suggest using Arial for all these signs. Old-font signs are bound to be replaced in the near future, and ru_medium doesn't look that accurate. Especially with that P instead of N.

And i didn't mean modelling. What i meant that you should use the same sign model for all county signs as the one you used for Järva maakond.
"SE Dynamic Sign - Board - 1x1l blue" ;)
Only for Ida-Viru and Lääne-Viru county signs, "2x1l blue" is necessary. In the other cases, the text looks ridiculously unnecessarily large. Especially considering the minimalistic metal usage of the Estonian Road Adminstration. :P

Luckily, I have made 2 versions of these signs, with all 15 "maakonnad" coat of arms in one sign design. (Just select one of them in sign editor and tweak opacity (0/1)).

World Map seems awfully inaccurate when I first downloaded it. I was expecting new roads and cities featured, but instead, there was nothing except the road layouts being out of place from the map. I guess I could wait until a revamp is in the works. :|

Map view itself is inaccurate - we can't do nothing about it yet. ProMods 2.11 is a compatibility version for 1.25 which should have any new cities or roads - wait for 2.2 to see new cities and roads ;)
