Hello!
I know you're really busy and Estonia isn't really a priority right now, but i hope you'll take a look at this suggestion and perhaps comment
Now that container ports are released, i hoped you could make Muuga port.
Muuga port
Reasons for adding:
1) largest cargo port in Estonia
2) one of the few ice-free ports in northern Europe
3) one of the deepest ports ports in the Baltic Sea (18m)
4) one of the most modern ports in the Baltic Sea
5) handles approximately 90% of transit cargo in Estonia
6) usual cargo traffic in the seaport is about 20-30 million tons
Is it possible?
Is there space? Yes, however it's a quite snug fit.
How easy is it to access? Very. The N94 leads straight to it from the N1. Just need a trumpet interchange.
EDIT: I completely forgot to mention the location.
It is on the Gulf of Finland, just east of Tallinn (approximately 19km).
I hope you'll see this and comment

That's a good idea!
I'm not sure if that can fit. I think Northern part is already crowded..so, maybe developers will do it, but still all Lithuania, Latvia and small part of Russia to add.

I know, Lithuania and Latvia are not Russia, but a perfectly work was with Kaliningrad (former prussian called Königsberg) as splited russian (not any more of russia) connection between Poland and Lithuania.
Volodino maybe from east to west, or lower cities like Gogolevo in the southwestern area to border Poland, Sovetsk in the northeastern region (border Lithuania).
It was nice, not more.
I love this geographical site of "newer" european union, my heart goes to Riga and Tallin in Estonia.
I hope I can see in Riga the popular wall of the house with the painting of Siemens, it was very very nice - here too, only a thought!

Actually Kaliningrad is Russian exclave - still Russia. I think, as exclave it can get no more than 2 cities , because developers need a lot of space.

Paldiski would have about the same purpose as Tallinn port (Tallinn-Stockholm vs Paldiski-Kapellskär), so no point there. Also, i don't believe as a cargo port it would have much value.
Sillamäe however is a different story. 1) Fifth largest port in Baltics 2) 4.9 million metric tonnes of cargo handled in 2011 3) Sillamäe plant - owned by Molycorp-Silmet; largest producer of niobium and tantalum products (hydroxides, oxides, various grades of metal, metal hydrides etc.) in the world 4) Good position: straight by N1, meaning no extra roads need to be made.
Alot of pros, but there is one huge con: scale. The team already has planned Jõhvi, Narva (Rakvere is a maybe), so fitting Sillamäe in may become an issue.

I think Estonia is already crowded in the North ,I don't say it is bad, but it isn't a good thing too. If it is any ferry, far away from the towns - yeah, why not just need remember our small scale.
