Poland and Lithuania will be connected with the E67 (A5 in Lithuania, N8 and S61 in Poland).
In the future we may also see a connection through Kaliningrad Oblast (for example, Klaipeda being connected from the Curonian Spit)

Due to the 1:19 scale they most likely won't fit and even if they would, they would be very close to eachother - this would create a Lithuanian metropolis - Kaunas, Vilnius, Alytus and Marijampole.
