Made a map of some larger companies.
Of course you can put cargo terminals anywhere on industrial areas.

I do believe the location adgjl provided is correct :) Very well done :)
Just one thing tho, could you add some signs pointing to Luhamaa? Its a small town by the E77, but it is marked on the E263 all the way from Tallinn to the E77 to mark the Russian border crossing (Latvian aswell). ;)
