That's a good suggestion, since you do find many buildings such as that in these countries. But I don't know if the map editor has these assets.

Building on left is definitely of Soviet origin, so it can be in every country - member of 1955-1991 Warsaw Pact.

That's true, but the old buildings will be there for a long time as they are replaced very slowly. New ones quite modern indeed.
