Hello. I live in Ukraine, Lutsk. I work as a driver and I am driving a lot of Volyn's roads. I am also often in Lviv and Rivne. Can I help you in creating a roadmap? Bad, good, what to look for? Also I can tell where are the enterprises for bases.
I can usually distinguish the main roads via Google Maps / Streetview, but if you could help me pinpoint important locations and enterprises, that could help me make stuff more realistic. No promises though, because cities are largely scaled down.

Also, I have a challenge for all our Ukrainian players. Is there an official document available, which defines all signs?
We have something like this in Poland (almost 19MB PDF file): dziennikustaw.gov.pl/du/2003/s/220/2181/D2003220218102.pdf
And it was very, very useful for me when recreating all Polish signs - if you scroll down to page 168, you'll see it includes detailed dimensions of all signs.

I found this for Ukraine: http://pdd.ua/r/5/f/doc/DSTU_4100_2002.pdf
But my research using Latin alphabet is limited ;)
I know there are .svg / .gif textures on Wikipedia, but Polish signs weren't always correct, so that can't be trusted and it doesn't tell me what are the exact dimensions of the whole sign. I only see the ratio, more or less.

So, if a document like this is available, I could make a lot of Ukrainian signs with the same love as Polish signs :)

Yes, it's an official document.
You need a translation of the document (if I understood correctly)?

Sorry for my bad English. It is not my native language and I am using Google Translate in some situations.

I think what he wants and needs are the exact dimensions of the signs (like the polish document).

I think they are the same as Russian and Lithuanian ones because they are based on old Soviet standarts.
The only difference are languge used on signs (obviously) and road designations.
