No, nothing new in 2.3, unfortunately.
It's a pity... :|

I got some random questions.
Will you add Ukraine-specific gas stations and companies?
Do you plan to rebuilt Uzhhorod & Mukachevo in the future with objects from future map expansion (Beyond the Baltic Sea)?

Those two cities are quite old so perhaps they will be rebuilt in future. The main focus is a connection from them to Kovel in Ukraine now.

On the glance:
- Kovel - W. I. P.?
- Uzhorod, Mukachevo - to revisit;
- Lviv - to build;
- Kiev - in future :|;
- Donetsk, Yalta, Luhansk, Simferopol - only if war will end;
- Other cities on demand.

Crimean annexation has been completed by opening the Crimean Bridge. Only thing left is a peace treaty.

But it can't be in Promods as long as UN doesn't recognise Crimea as Russian territory.

Mukachevo was first part of Hungary, then Austro-Hungary - after the first World War it became part of Czechoslovakia until finally becoming part of Ukraine SSSR.

I think more cities should be build: Lutsk, Ternopil, Rivne, Ivano-Frankivsk, Lviv, Kovel, connections to Belarus, Poland, Slovakia, Hungary, Romania and Moldavia. Of course ukrainian villages between bigger cities are necessary to feel ukrainian climate :D
