It's a Complementary road, essentially, like what the name says in portuguese: Itenerário Complementar. It's made mainly to avoid the tolls but this one is in horrible quality and it's like a national road, so I think it would be interesting to drive there! There are some IC's as well that have a highway profile, mainly in Lisbon and Porto.

Also, that road sign you have: 868 km to Lisboa, oh my god!

Thank you so much for the mod and too much top with no words to describe the joy of playing on these roads I'm glad because soon we will have Portugal and Spain complete I'm sad because scs preferred baltico than Iberic being that Baltic already have us in promods and the Balkans too Yesterday I traveled through Croatia, I was in romania and it was very beautiful. I had a lot of fun for children.
