I will make one final comment on Portugal and that is that we have maybe ~250km of Portuguese motorways already completed, but they were built before DLC France was released, so the areas are outdated and look very old. The grass, road textures and models used are all from before the DLC time. It includes the corridor from Evora to Lisboa and parts of Lisboa are actually built. The reason why the work was stopped in this area because there were still 600+ km to go to connect it to Spain, and by the time that was done the work in Portugal would be outdated (which it now is!).
The closest Spanish cities that are currently being constructed are Ciudad Real and Madrid, so even after they are done there is more work to be done to reach Portugal.

At the moment there is no dedicated developer available to work on Portugal so the bare bones we have will remain like this for the immediate future.
