If you want to building Mellila you can just make à ferry between Montpellier and Mellila because in the réal life he is existing (ive already take hit)

The ferry that will bring us to Melilla won't be the Montpellier one (ferry bug). It'll probably be the one from Malaga, Almeria or Motril (I'd prefer much more the Motril one tbh).

Still despite the bug being gone I don't think we'd want to add unnecessary ferry routes if you can easily drive parallel to the ferry, e.g. Portsmouth to Bilbao.

But for reaching Melilla in the future, the would really need a ferry bug. In this case, the nearest ferry ports are in Almeria and Motril.
