I ask that because on a Squirrel's stream, from Lleida can be seen a sign that says "Andorra C-13" IIRC and there's actually another option taking the C-13 and then the N-260.
I prefer much more the C-14, specially the mountainous part of the road between Oliana and Organyà seen here -> https://youtu.be/O7xDyibVqrc
This new road has not been seen in any stream yet, so idk if it's the 13 or the 14.
